Todd Glassman

Todd is the Managing Partner of the Exelis Group, an advisory business that provides strategic counsel to business leaders through the integration of strategic advisory, interim leadership, and capital markets to solve clients’ most complex challenges and opportunities. Todd has 25+ years of operating, investing, and advisory experience, having spent his career building, growing, and optimizing businesses for institutional investors and family offices as well as independently as an entrepreneur. His vast expertise spans capital markets, private equity, strategy, finance, and operations.

Previously, Todd was CEO North America for a global fintech company and artificial intelligence (AI) powered, embedded lending platform focused on working capital solutions for small businesses. Earlier, Todd was a Director at a $1B+ family office (private investment group) focused on real estate, transportation, logistics and energy. Before that, Todd was a Director within Fidelity Investments' private equity and strategic investments group, Devonshire Investors, first on the investment side and later in operational roles for a Fidelity-owned, multi-billion-dollar industrial distribution company. Earlier in his career, Todd was a founding member of both a fintech and niche technology business. He has also co-authored a successful book on investing called “The Market Gurus: Stock Investing Strategies You Can Use from Wall Street's Best.”

Todd holds an MBA Magna Cum Laude from Babson College, an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS from the University of Connecticut. He is Series 82 and 63 registered.
