Steve Makely

Mr. Makely founded Blackshore Partners in 2024 and leads the firm’s strategy planning, advisory and capital raising activities. Prior to the formation of Blackshore, Mr. Makely served as Vice President at Lineage Merchant Partners, where he played a key role in the execution of more than $100 million worth of transaction value across capital markets and M&A advisory engagements. Prior to joining Lineage, Mr. Makely held roles with ELLO Capital, a boutique investment bank, and Bainbridge, a leading investment banking and management consulting firm, where he advised various financial sponsors and corporate enterprises on buy-side M&A, sell-side M&A and private capital raise assignments in the consumer, industrials, healthcare and business services sectors.

Mr. Makely began his career as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones and received his B.B.A. in International Business from the University of San Diego. He is a FINRA registered representative and holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
