Stephen Masiello

Steve has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, where he has earned respect as a leader in sourcing, marketing, and selling alternative investment funds and direct deals.

Prior to founding Compass, Steve was a Co-Founder and Senior Partner at Pinnacle Trust Partners, where he was involved in creating the firm and actively involved in sourcing, distribution, and deal management. Previously, Steve worked at Freedom Capital Management where he was Head of Sales in North America. Steve was a Senior Partner, member of the Management Committee and Compensation Committee. He also led new product development and sub-advisory relationships. Prior, Steve worked at Trust Fund Advisors/ULLICO and the Boston Company.

Steve received a BA from Boston College. He holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
