
McLloyd K. Jensen
McLloyd “Mac” Jensen has nearly three decades of experience in global finance. He has long-standing relationships across the institutional investment community worldwide and currently oversees investment sourcing and institutional outreach at Umergence.
Mac has successfully seeded and raised capital for hedged strategies, private and public credit, and global equities. He has also raised capital for venture and growth-stage companies, working closely with both managers and operators to support long-term value creation.
Mac began his career at LexisNexis, where he led strategic research initiatives for multinational clients. He later joined Nomura Securities International in New York as a Latin American utility analyst, contributing to a team ranked #1 by Institutional Investor. He went on to hold similar roles at Caspian Securities and Société Générale, where he served as a Director covering Latin American and Asian equities and led closed-end fund research, sales, and trading.
Following his time at Société Générale, Mac managed the Solitude Offshore Fund, which achieved top-decile performance during his tenure. He also co-founded Mann Mann Jensen Partners, the predecessor to Delphos MMJ.
Mac holds a B.A. in Economics and English from the University of Utah and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business through the TRIUM program, in partnership with the London School of Economics and HEC Paris.
