Mark is the EVP of Sales and Strategic Alliances for the Panther Group, a business and capital advisory firm with a specific focus on the Cannabis industry. Panther assists both plant touching and ancillary companies in the industry with their Capital Formation, go to market plans, strategic M&A, data analysis, brand establishment and awareness, and many other aspects of this challenging emerging industry.
A securities industry veteran, Mark has worked extensively with Family Offices and other UHNW allocators for almost 30 years. He has a unique perspective from being the consummate "connector" with deep experience and understanding as to how Wall Street works with a laser focus on getting the deal done. Prior to the Panther Group, Mark has led teams at firms such as Hornblower Weeks. IHS Markit, Family Office Networks and more.
A New York native happily living in Florida with his wife and two sons, Mark enjoys golf, horse racing and the Grateful Dead. He is Series 82 licensed.
