
Fiona Pool
Fiona is a Founding Partner of Jondal Capital, specializing in off-market private equity deal structuring and capital raising.
​
She began her career in credit trading at Credit Suisse, managing a $1bn multi-currency global book before being recruited by Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director to launch their Credit Trading desk, scaling it to over $25m in annual profits. Following two years in Tokyo, she pivoted to co-found a fashion design business in London, winning the inaugural Vidal Sassoon Young Designer of the Year award and showcasing at London, Paris, and Milan Fashion Weeks before securing investment from a Singaporean Family Office and successfully exiting.

Returning to finance, Fiona led European Distressed & High Yield at Bank of America, running sales, trading, and research for over 5 years, before joining in 2007 a structured finance consultancy company delivering bespoke leveraged finance training to company executives, risk managers, graduates and financial regulators. In 2010, she joined Hunton Yachts as a consultant, became CEO and shareholder in 2012, and spent five years transforming it into a recognized British luxury lifestyle brand.

Fiona’s areas of expertise include deal structuring, business strategy and investment banking as well as capital raising and entrepreneurship.

Fiona holds a BA Honours in French & Italian with Economics & Politics from the University of London and a Diploma in Fine Arts from Christie's Education. She's been an Entrepreneurs Organisation member for eight years, serves on two EO Forums and the Board of Purdy Hicks Gallery in London, and is fluent in French and Italian.
