Dusan Stanarevic

Dusan has a diverse professional background, starting his career in the insurance and marketing sectors, where he gained a strong foundation in client relations, financial structuring, and business development.

Over the past several years, he transitioned into the private markets, where he has taken on multiple roles supporting founders and investors. His experience spans early-stage venture to late-stage pre-IPO transactions, helping companies secure funding and facilitating structured secondary deals.

As an equity investor and co-founder of WSS, Dusan focuses on identifying high-growth opportunities from Series A through pre-IPO, building long-term partnerships with technology and infrastructure companies. In addition to equity placements, he is also active in private credit opportunities that complement late-stage growth financing.

Dusan holds the FINRA Series 7 license (General Securities Representative), demonstrating his commitment to high regulatory standards in the financial industry. Today, he remains deeply involved in private debt and pre-IPO markets, leveraging his network, analytical approach, and hands-on deal experience to create value for both companies and investors.
