Addie Jensen

Addie Jensen serves as Chief Operating Officer at Umergence, where she oversees operational strategy, client engagement, and execution across the firm’s investment platform, with a particular focus on integrating artificial intelligence into core processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and decision-making. She brings a strong background in wealth management and financial advisory, with prior experience at Fidelity Investments and Morgan Stanley, where she held roles including Financial Consultant, Investment Consultant, and Senior Acquisition Financial Advisor. Addie began her career in compliance and administration at Aztec Financial, developing a foundation in regulatory and operational disciplines. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health, Society & Policy from the University of Utah and studied Neuroscience & Behavior at Columbia University, where she was also a Division I student-athlete. Addie is FINRA Series 24, 7, 63, and 66 licensed and holds Life and Health Insurance licenses, bringing a disciplined, client-focused approach to building and scaling institutional-quality investment solutions.
